ZOOLBIA: It is one of the traditional desserts of Iran. It is a type of syrup dessert made with ingredients such as sugar, water, flour and saffron.

BAKLAVA: A dessert common in Iranian cuisine. It is prepared with ingredients such as yufka, walnuts, sugar, butter and rose water.
