FLIA: Flia (also known as “fli” or “flija”) is a dish of Albanian and Kosovar cuisine. It consists of several layers of crepes covered with cream and served with sour cream. In Albania, March 18th is celebrated as Flia Day every year and traditionally people invite their relatives to their homes to eat flia.

TAVE KOSI: This dish is prepared by blending lamb meat with a special sauce made with yoghurt, eggs and rice. Tavë Kosi, which is usually preferred on special occasions and in family meals, attracts attention with its taste and nutritional value.

BAKLLAVA: Baklava is also found in Bulgaria. This syrupy dessert, prepared with walnuts or pistachios sprinkled between thin sheets of dough, is one of the most important examples of the reflection of Ottoman culture in Bulgaria.

SUTLİJAŠ: A dessert similar to rice pudding, usually made with rice, milk and sugar and baked in the oven.
